This was a project that was on a tight schedule. We had 7 days on the facility to complete the project. We met the dead line, despite the fact that we found a foundation that had to be demolished, the Pit got expanded from 6' X 6' X 3', to 6.5' X 14' X 4'. Then ran into rock... Machinery that we were under the impression was to be moved out of the area was only moved over... making the working conditions tight.
The Project was to cut 110' of 32" wide 6" concrete. Remove the concrete, excavate, and form and pour a 18" wide trench, and Pit 6.5' X 14' X 4'. There was a ramp that had to be removed 3 times and put back in place.
