Poor weather conditions, and bad soils made this project a challenge. All the footers had to be undercut as much as 6'. In the first 60 days we had 29 days of rain. The GC put the building up and dried it in before we could pour the main floor. This lead to us having to come up with a creative way to pour 17000 SF of floor inside a building with limited head room. In spite of all the problems and delays... this project came in on time.
