 Nelson Ingalsbe- CEO. Former Vice President/Owner of Cobb Metal Products Corp. Every piece of steel that came in and out of their shop had Nelson's name on it. From there he relocated to south Georgia where he helped turn Cowart Iron Works around. Then he moved back to the metro Atlanta area where he entered the general contracting world. Working for Hampton Construction / R&D Contractors, he was involved in many project at Lockheed/Martin, Dobbin AFB, and all over the southeast. When Hampton and R&D split, and Hampton sold the company, Nelson moved on with the newly formed Aztech Construction. He was elevated to General Super and had a reputation for quality and for getting the job done. Nelson worked on projects for commercial interests, State, local government, and for the Military. Nelson left Aztech in 2001 and they ended up closing their doors.

 

James Ingalsbe- CFO/Operations Manager - He entered the general contracting world at an early age. He worked under Nelson at Hampton and Aztech Construction. During that time his management skills were molded by Nelson. Together they made a great team, and job productivity improved. They started and completed projects at Lockheed/Martin, Dobbins AFB, Warner Robbins AFB, The VA Hospital in Atlanta, The Fulton County Drug and Alcohol rehab Center, and many other jobs around the southeast. In addition to working for those companies, James has worked for Pinkerton & Law, Mann Mechanical, and several fire damage and insurance repair companies where he worked in all the construction trades. James worked in the roofing industry, masonry industry, the maintenance industry, and came of age as a carpenter. His specialty before starting Ingalsbe Enterprise, was as an interior trim carpenter whose focus was on high scale homes. James was known in the business for his attention to detail and quality, as well as his management skills. 

In short, these men have joined together to form a corporation with the intent to focus on quality construction and good customer relations. They are so sure that they can give you the quality that you need, they have staked their name on it.
